1. BUILDING PERMITS:
Confident Home Inspection provide you with all the required designs and stamped engineered drawings for your Residential or Commercial building / unit.
Our service includes multiple designs and proposals to suit all your needs until you are fully satisfied with your best alternative and optimum choice, then a full set of drawings with the required calculations for the final design will be issued as per the city requirments to get a Building Permit. These set of drawings includes but not limited to the following:
- Architectural Drawings.
- Structural Drawings.
- Mechanical Drawings.
- Heat Loss Calculations.
- Fire Protection Drawings.
- Electrical Drawings.
- Landscape Drawings.

2. ENGINEERING REPORTS:
Confident Home Inspection have the expertise and knowledge through a group of Professional Engineers (P. Eng.) to provide you with any type of Engineering Report that is required to assess the integrity or adequecy for any of your building systems.
Our qualified Engineers have the experience to evaluate and do the required calculations to judge on your Home OR Commerial building systems and advice if any additional works / maintenance / repair are required.
The Engineering Reports include the following:
- Structural Reports.
- Heating / Cooling Reports.
- Electrical Reports.
- Emergency Lights, Exits & Fire Protection Reports.
All these reports are done according to the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and to the National Fire Code (NFPA).
